Lovely staff, would stay again

Liked: Nice staff, electric car charging, good food for supper
Disliked: There was a big fly in the room! Otherwise all good. V clean, nice shower, good stopping place

Liked: Outstanding breakfast as usual. We had a problem with a light we could not turn off which couldn't be resolved the night we were staying there.
Disliked: Lights that can be turned off!

Disliked: The room did not smell very fresh as we entered but it did not bother us that much as we got used to it. Probably the water pipes.

Liked: Super friendly staff who were great with our puppy. Breakfast is always a delight with peaceful surroundings and a very pleasant spread of foods to choose from and great coffee. Right next to lots of excellent food choices for dinner, plus shopping/petrol too which is a huge plus for us!
Disliked: Nothing to really add in here.

Decent stay at a well...

Liked: The location was great - just off the motorway & only a 15 mins drive from where I needed to be for work. There is a huge shopping centre just across the road & plenty of restaurants nearby, should that be your thing. My room was ok - quite dated, but completely fine for the one night I was there. Hotel was very quiet at night. Bathroom & shower all fine.
Disliked: The bed wasn't especially comfy however & I didn't sleep particularly well.I had dinner in the restaurant which was nice, although slightly over-cooked. It was very busy at the time I ate there & they seemed to struggle slightly & there was a half hour wait & I think my meal had been sat around for a while - but considering I was too tired to go anywhere else, it was fine.
