A usually reliable stay at...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I frequently travel to Leeds and always stay at Novotel. However, on this occasion, I was a bit disappointed. Previously, they provided complimentary drinking water in the rooms, but this time, it was not available. Instead, they now charge £1.50 for drinking water.
