Very good

Liked: the room was great. just big enough for the 4 of us. the facilities in the room were good but could have been a little more comprehensive. it was really clean and the staff were so wonderfully helpful.
Disliked: the breakfast was very simple and the selection was not particularly varied however it did fit the description on the website.

Liked: Polite staff
Disliked: The sofa bed where the children were sleeping was of poor quality. There was clearly a defect in the bed, which made it uncomfortable. I reported this, but unfortunately they did nothing about it.The parking policy is very strangely arranged. There are parking spaces available. If there is no space, you can go to a parking garage nearby where you can park for a fee. This results in other guests of the hotel parking their cars very antisocially around the hotel, which leads to unpleasant situations.The gym was bad. Just a few working equipment.

Not good as we expected

Disliked: We booked and paid for the room with the small refrigerator(mini bar) that was mentioned in the room description. We needed because we have a baby and we needed this refrigerator to keep our baby food and stuff. The employee said it is normal because they donot have refrigerator in the rooms anymore. They just blamed the headquarter that writes the room description in the advertisement. It was like it was not their problem. We chose this hotel because they also have mini bar. We will not stay in Novotel anymore.
