Disliked: Reception staff at checkin initial charge extra 50aud which was not mentioned anywhere…They were very rude, imposing to pay extra 50aud on the final invoice.

Liked: I liked the rooms and the friendliness of the staff, great hotel!!
Disliked: There weren't much varieties available in the breakfast, would be much better if there are more food variety available

Dirty overpriced and shit.

Disliked: The room was dirty. Bathroom has mould and hair in it. The window was broken. The price was outrageous The best part was leaving

Disliked: Bed (both pillows and mattresses in horrible condition. No one member in my family had comfortable sleep. Carpets so dirty that kids were not allowed to play on the floor

Liked: I picked the hotel because it was close to Perth CBD and offices etc. The staff at the reception was nice and courteous.
Disliked: The room reeked of mouldy air and old carpet/upholstery. The air con was hardly working. The lobby and the hallway outside the room was crowded and loudly noisy. The worst part is the tap water, it tasted so bad I could not drink a drop of it, and had to keep buying water throughout the stay. The hotel obviously knows about the water tasting and smelling very bad, but they did not even offer one little bottle of it. The parking charge was $38 per day, which is ridiculously high on top of the room fare!
