Overall it met our needs...

Liked: Hotel was central to amenities, shops, theatre, rail station. On the whole the staff were very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was very good & wide selection of foods. Room temperature good & room quiet.
Disliked: Bright light from corridor shining into room, was not welcome at all. Hence poor sleep.The phone periodically kept bleeping during the night, which was irritating& no means of disconnection, as wired into the wall.

Disliked: Not being able to check in. When eventually allowed in we’re weren’t allowed to use the toilet. We’d already had to pay full price for the car park when it should have been reduced but we were allowed in the hotel by security.
