Liked: The location is amazing. Walking distance from the central station.
Disliked: We stayed there 2 nights. In the room there was a nespresso machine and 4 coffee capsules. We used all 4 on the first day as we were tired from traveling. Even though housekeeping cleaned our room the next morning, they didn’t replenish the capsules for the second day. It’s a small thing but it just left an odd feeling with me.

Liked: A very conveniently located hotel, in the heart of Hamburg, next to the main railway station, close to the city center, relatively close to Hafen City.The hotel amenities are basic, the rooms are on the small side, as compared to other hotels in the Novotel chain.A nice lobby bar. We appreciated the check-out time at 12.00 a.m. and the luggage storage room.
Disliked: Breakfast is ridiculously expensive, at a price of 28 EUR/day, we skipped it.

Liked: The location of the hotel is great, close to the main railway station. Great location for people that want to be close to the city centre. The staff was friendly. The rooms are not big but fine.
