Liked: It is close to center and for the people traveling with car and baby it is a comfortable place to stay.
Disliked: Cleaning is not satisfying. There was a huge spider and its net on the ceiling.

Disliked: Bad noisy location! AC was not working, fridge was not functioning, very noisy if you open the window, so sleeping there was a very bad experience !

If the location matters but...

Liked: Location, restaurant in the facility, convenient connection with train, taxi, bus, Uber,… hotel is quite although next to a train station.
Disliked: Room somehow old/used, chair dirty, the hotel shows his age. Sorry but not worth the money, 250$ for 1 night is a lot/too much.

Exceptional

Liked: As charming as Grenoble is, my stay at this hotel was just as wonderful! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. This has been my best experience in France so far, and I would definitely visit both the city and this hotel again!

Disliked: Breakfast buffet was an odd layout and not too many vegetarian options. Could be a little more in the spread.
