Pleasant and I would defs...

Liked: The pool felt a little claustrophobic! It’s needs something in there.. glass doors maybe??
Disliked: Found hair in my shower and need more milk in the rooms!

Disliked: Air conditioning stopped working and took multiple calls and visits to reception to get it fixed took almost 24 hours

Regret staying here

Liked: Clean, good location, breakfast.
Disliked: Room was exceedingly hot, air conditioner didn’t work, was put in a room without the spa I paid for, receptionist laughed when I asked about the upgrade option I was offered through the app, room service food was cold, noise from kids running around outside my room at night, was ignored by staff several times, second room was too hot and air conditioner didn’t work, became unwell in the sweltering conditions, barely slept.
