Liked: I would thoroughly recommend Novotel. I felt totally safe as a single traveller. My room was super comfortable, and spacious, with good tea / coffee facilities AND fridge(!!!)Staff were extremely friendly throughout my entire stay.

Handy location

Liked: great location really handy for places to eat and the kings theatre. short walk from the bus station. Bed was comfy nice pillows.
Disliked: Room was a little tired, bedside light wasn't working, no charging points next to the beds I feel this should be standard nowadays.When we cam back late in the evening there was a very shift man hanging around in the corrider, i reported this to reception, it felt not safe though.

Liked: Walk in shower - very important. Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is clean and efficient. Its quiet for the city centre. Its a practical and reasonably priced option.
Disliked: The lift elevator security security can be a bit of a pain.
