Liked: Front desk check in staff were fantastic and very helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was a joke, we had to order 4 times and waited 40 min for a poached egg.

Liked: Location is okay. Except we had to use valet parking due to no parking on the premises. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: Parking on the premises could have been better.

Don't bother with buffet breakfast.

Liked: The Novotel itself was fantastic. Could not fault service or facilities and location.
Disliked: The buffet breakfast was a huge let down and waste of money and the staff at Tempo were defensive. If you don't have enough guests just provide them with fresh cooked option. The hashbrowns were rock hard, bacon dry and chewy, all bakery items were dry and stale( I'm sure they were yesterdays) and no one touched the full plate of pancakes the top obe was so dry it had curled up. We asked for fresh hashbrowns twice before they were replaced, which got an eye roll from staff.
