Disliked: The hotel might want to consider deep cleaning the carpets and giving the rooms an overhaul. Beds soft and lumpy. Disinfectant and wipe down surfaces such as door handles clean sliding door .clean the hall areas as well maybe vacuum ,I don’t want to walk into a room and see that someone has just checked out. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the room for the money spent.If I had to rate the Novotel I would rate it 3 star

Disliked: No proper sofa bed / couch. Instead the room had a casual couch which couldn’t be comfortably enjoyed to lounge on. Only one person was able to sit on it.

Liked: The location was amazing a walk away from everything you need , and a restaurant down stairs, the room was comfortable and a great view . The bed was extremely comfortable. A great night's stay in a good hotel !
Disliked: Attention to detail , only one face washer in our room ( two guests ) , the pool was cold and not clean plus could do with a makeover.. everything else was great !
