Overpriced compared to the service...

Liked: The breakfast was ok , good choice of food apart from paststries as they was unfreshed
Disliked: I like the customer services at the reception. The young receptionists have welcomed us in very friendly manner. They had a good vibes too. Also the olrder receptionists were very helpful and nice.There was one lady working in the restaurant, that clearly she wasn't happy that she needs to work. She was rude to the other customers. Food at the restaurant was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Absolutely perfect for a family...

Liked: The hotel should be 4 star, not 3 star! I did ask staff about this and apparently it’s due to the size/ layout of the car park. Everything else is outstanding. We stayed there with our toddler and there was so much to do. The indoor play area has lots more things in than on the website photos. The beach is on the doorstep, and there are several outdoor play areas just a little walk away. I was impressed that the restaurant had a lovely healthy meal of salmon, steamed veg and rice, as well as pasta, so that my little one could have a good meal instead of burger and chips. The staff were all great. The breakfast was delicious- a good variety of stuff. The spa and swimming pool were lovely too - several saunas and a steam room, and the pool has a huge shallow section perfect for a toddler.I’d recommend this hotel in a heartbeat- and hope to return one day too!
Disliked: Literally the only gripe we had was not being allowed tap water with our meal in the restaurant on the last day. It was a bit confusing that if we’d brought the water jug from our room, we could have had it filled with water at the bar, but they wouldn’t give us a glass of water with our meal.Don’t let that put you off though- it’s the loveliest hotel I’ve been to as a family. Definitely 4 star standard!
