Liked: Food and staff were lovely. The swimming pool and stram room were nice Hotel had a nice, clean look
Disliked: Negatives: Room was small and did not feel any better than a Premier Inn which would have been half the cost. The bathroom did not have a lock on it. The parking at £48 for 2 nights was a joke given the excessive cost of the stay. We don't mind a small charge of £5-12 for a hotel car park but the charge here was inexplicable

Great Place for an Overnight...

Liked: Excellent location, very helpful front desk staff, easy parking, 2 minute walk to catch tram into the city. Generous sized and comfortable bedroom.
Disliked: The plug in the bath didn’t prevent water leakage so a relaxing bath wasn’t possible. Didn’t have breakfast as it seemed quite expensive.
