Liked: Nice hotel, great beds and lots of space but shower wasnt the best. Fantastic location, easy walk to the castle, royal mile, grassmarket etc.
Disliked: Customer service was disappointing. No welcome/smile or "how was your day" at all. From asking for directions, storing luggage or booking a taxi, most staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience.

Great location and good hotel,...

Liked: This property was in a great location for getting around old town Edinburgh. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but is a great addition.
Disliked: The little extras I’d expect for this hotel were not there, no conditioner in the rooms or dressing gowns. It was all good but expected these sorts of things as this was more premium price.

Great location, great value for...

Liked: The pool was great, and my children really enjoyed that.
Disliked: The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but that's of course, simply a personal preference.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean.The food offering was excellent.
Disliked: The room was a litter small for 4 people and the toilet was separate from the bathroom so no sink in the toilet.

Nice city centre place

Liked: Tidy place in a great location. Staff were very helpful.There is a car park under the building it’s a bit pricey and the spaces are incredibly tight, but it’s really handy.
Disliked: A few things were broken/ not working properly. For example: elevator button broken, safe in the room was not working/ staff fixed it quickly though/ , USB and normal plugs were barely charging.

Superb
