Yeah I’d have stayed longer!

Liked: Comfy efficient hotel.

Pleasant

Liked: The pool and gym were excellent and the bar/lobby were pleasant places to be.
Disliked: The staff other than Enrico were abrupt. I’m not sure why. The fold out bed our children slept on was brutal and the lift didn’t recognise floor three!

Liked: This hotel is a lovely place for the family stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, would 100% come...

Liked: Good location, very stylish and accommodating. Great food, brilliant facilities.
Disliked: Would have preferred a family changing room for the swimming pool

Liked: Our second time staying here. Close to the city centre. Friendly helpful staff, lovely pool area, clean comfortable rooms. We will return.

A very pleasant stay in...

Liked: Very clean hotel in a great location near to a large park, great for the children. The pool was clean and great for the children. The staff were friendly and helpful. A 15 minute walk to the start of the Royal Mile.
Disliked: The room was like a sauna. The hotel staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough to help assist. They even offered to move us to another room, we declined and accepted a couple of fans.

Enjoyable overall with great location...

Liked: Good breakfast, cosy restaurant with good menu for food and drink.Lovely smelling hotel. Enjoyed the pool and midday check out was good/
Disliked: Room was a bit too hot and kids complained the aid bed wasn’t the comfiest.

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely hotel, nice staff, very good breakfast and cosy rooms, highly recommended for a wonderful city break.
