Liked: Clean, good value, nice breakfast, good view, good location, good variety of food on site
Disliked: Some of the reception staffs attitude during service left abit to be desired, but they got the job done good enough, cleaning staff were super friendly though. Some more facilities would be nice for a company of this size

Disliked: Having to pay extra for parking. No cold water or ice in fridge unless you buy it.

Convenient, good value breakfast.

Liked: We have stayed at the Novotel previously and it continues to provide excellent accommodation. The buffet breakfast was excellent providing a wide range of options. The valet parking is a real plus.
Disliked: There was nothing that we thought could be improved.

Liked: Location was perfect. Breakfast had a great selection. Staff were really friendly in all areas.
Disliked: Room wasn't prepared for 4 adults, only for 2. Had 2 towels, 2 cups etc, even though it was booked for 4 people.
