Wouldn’t stay again, roaches, no...
Liked: The location is great, staff at check in were lovely.
Disliked: The rooms aircon didn’t work, the fan had only 1 setting (take off) there was cockroaches in our room.. it was overall a very dated and uncomfortable stay. When I spoke to staff the next morning they informed me we should’ve said something the night before to move rooms. Which in hindsight we should’ve however with a sleeping toddler moving rooms was a logistical nightmare. They didn’t seem surprised by the aircon or state of the room. But offered no compensation. Overall so disappointed

The hotel was having renovations...
Liked: Breakfast was pretty ordinary. We ate out after the first morning.
Disliked: Maybe we slept in, but the scrambled eggs were like leather, the bacon was more steamed than anything.

Overall wasn’t enjoyable. Stay just...
Liked: The Pool has been out of action for months and they’re not even working on it. The left-hand elevator you get stuck in it for up to 5 minutes when entering on level five you seem to have to press level one to override it before going down to ground level I have stayed here for 2 to 3 nights at a time over the past month Every week. The poached eggs are always cold as everything else at the breakfast bar is the right temperature but the poached eggs it doesn’t matter what morning I go. They seem to be cold which is not good for food safety. The first week they had a grey goose and it’s been now three weeks and they still have not replaced the grey goose in the bar. They just keep saying they order it and there’s a different story every week. Quiet has not turned up I am not complaining about these facilities. Totally I am just letting you know the facts and what needs to be looked at as I’m in hospitality. Have no problems with you guys But whoever is managing it needs to have a word and put some of these things back on track
