Great location, great food, room...

Liked: Restaurant food was deliciousPool area was clean Reception is a wonderful outlook for the hotel
Disliked: Our room was incredibly in need of an uplift, compared to the photos of reception, the carpets were stained and the towels we were given were even stained.

Love location and style, quality...

Liked: Love the hotel, the beautiful atrium & plants, & the location.
Disliked: Had to pay $30 extra per night for an "upgraded" room with a sea view which had shabby damaged décor, ants in bathroom and above thw fridge in the tea area, the fridge leaked water l, the safe was locked on arrival and was not dealt with quickly, and whilst the brwakfasts were good on second day cooffe machine ran out of water and took a while to change and they were extortionately expensive.

Very pleasant, very comfortable, lovely...

Liked: The attitude of the staff. They were warm, friendly and helpful at all levels. Dealing with the travelling public can be challenging but the staff made it look easy. They also appeared to get along well with one an another. High morale is a great indicator of a well managed enterprise.
Disliked: I would have to get very petty to find anything to criticise…

Disliked: Pool area was very hot, really need a shade over some of the pool or lounges. Pool also very warm.

Very pleasant stay

Liked: Location was excellent - near waterfront and town centre. Facilities good and well maintained. Staff exceptionally positive and keen to assist.
