Most enjoyable and friendly staff

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Always smiling. Great location for the trams and restaurants.
Disliked: They didn’t mention that the shower was over the bath so it was a bit difficult for my aunt to climb into the bath to shower. I am not sure if you have rooms with walk in showers and I missed this.

Room was too small for...

Liked: Its location
Disliked: The room was too small for three people. There was no space for our bags. Given that it was quite expensive and the hotel considered it was big enough for 3 people and allowed us to book, we were disappointed.

Liked: Great clean room, staff always helpful, restaurant dinner also excellent
Disliked: Parking is a bit difficult but if you leave early for your day, prior to 8 it’s not too expensive.
