Disliked: Black hair in my bed and on my pillows, the aircon would cut in and out every 30 seconds and sounded like someone flushing the toilet every 30 seconds, very loud had to turn it off, musky smell upon entry into the room, states Foxtel was available only available if you like 3 sport Chanel's.

Frustrated and dissatisfied.

Liked: The hotel's location and comfortable beds were positive aspects, our stay was marred by a significant issue with breakfast and billing.
Disliked: Our stay was marred by a significant issue with breakfast and billing. We were initially informed that breakfast was included, only to be charged an exorbitant $460 for two breakfasts for three people at checkout. This miscommunication and unexpected charge left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.Plus when getting out of bed we found old toe nails on the carpeted floor.

Clean and comfortable hotel.

Liked: The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel is in a nice central location in Canberra CBD. The hotel and rooms were clean and plenty of towels for the spa, pool and sauna are provided upstairs.
Disliked: The car park is the worst I have ever used - only 80 spaces so very limited and most spaces very tight to get into. We have a Nissan Qahqai and it took nearly 10 minutes (The car has surround cameras as well) to get into the space.If you have a large car or an SUV, I would recommend looking elsewhere to park.
