Disliked: Lack of parkingChewing gum on the sofa cushions - had to request it to be removed, bathroom had soap scum

Liked: Overall, it was a disappointing stay.Not worth the money we paid at all. Not what we expected. We could of stayed at the Vibe hotel for less money and much nicer hotel. Never again.

Liked: Breakfast was comprehensive. Staff VERY quick to clear away the used dishes.Enjoyed the dinner menu.
Disliked: Cracked basin in bathroom. Had to ask for a basin plug.Some of the restaurant staff were a bit slap dash, eg the barman brings over the wine bottle and plops it on the table, unopened, unchecked, eg we ordered a cheese board and the waitress gave us plates but no knives.Ghastly access to the car park especially since it was our first visit to Canberra.

Really enjoyed our 3 days...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room, lucky enough to get a room on 6th floor with a balcony. Heated spa was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Location also was excellent.
Disliked: There was supposed to be a heated pool but it was cold. Spa was hot though so all good.
