Disliked: Food a little pricey but good quality

Disliked: Very unprofessional staff, Glass found in pool twice and nothing was done to resolve this, my sons both cut their foot on the pool. Staff are very rude have no care or customer service skills. Do not reccomend

Disliked: Extra pet charges, packed swimming pool. No attendant on swimming pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Liked: There were good facilities, a good gym and pool. Pool was slightly chilly but always expected at a leisure pool. Nice breakfast and lovely rooms. Bed was super comfy and location was excellent being directly next to the station. Will be staying again!
Disliked: The only bad thing that I could possibly pin point would be payment for parking but that’s seperate due to the trainline
