Disliked: The reception staff don't tell you to tap cards to operate lifts.The 1 girl on arrival was not welcomingNo happy hour, which was advertised 1st day sauna and pool were warm2nd day hot. The jacuzzi is linked to the pool one water source We stayed for 2 nights No fresh towels and the tea coffee in the room weren't restocked.

Good value for a short...

Liked: - Good value for money. - Room was a decent size.
Disliked: - Pool needed adult only hours. - On booking.com it states the pool closes at 10pm however we were kicked out the pool at 9pm. - The sauna didn’t work sufficiently as was not hot enough.

Liked: On arrival the staff member was beyond rude not helpfully and not willing to help myself and at least 12 other guests who were left waiting in lobby also the cleaner on staff was shockingly rude and abrupt with myself and other quests this was first and last stay with the novotel group bad management at this hotel
Disliked: Staff were shockingly lazy and rude it was a shambles for myself and my quest and other families staying this weekend

Modern hotel, superb breakfast, decent...

Liked: Felt new and fresh - clean and modern looking.Pool was decent - a good size and temperature (although very busy in the late afternoon)Comfy bed and good air conditioning in the roomNice sized showerNice large TVSuperb breakfast - good selection and good quality. The pancakes were delicious although were not provided on the Sunday morning.
Disliked: Toilet door didn't lock or provide much privacy and the sink was very much style over practicalityDinner was a disappointing experience - food was tasty but staff didn't demonstrate much urgency and weren't particularly friendly or engaging. Perhaps explained why so few people chose to have dinner there.My son was unwell on the first day so I ordered room service - this took almost two hours to be delivered.Pool changing rooms were very smallDisappointing that parking is not provided free of charge

Great stay and amazing value...

Liked: We had a fantastic stay, our room was lovely and clean, the bathroom had a fantastic shower big enough for 2 people and it was very quiet I’m not sure if anyone else was booked in on our floor. Robes and slippers provided in the room too as well as a coffee machine which I thought was fantastic. The staff were great and so friendly, breakfast was great with so much to choose from. Coffee is also fantastic there! We were pleasantly surprised with the gym area how ever we couldn’t find the bar for the bumper weights. The pool was nice, it would be better if there was an adults only time slot as it was busy it was difficult to do proper lengths. We would stay again and bring our children next time, there was a lot of families (I presume as it’s Easter holidays) and it felt like a very family friendly hotel. Overall the hotel felt clean and modern.
