Already planning a return trip....

Liked: The staff at the Novotel made our stay so pleasant. They went above & beyond.
Disliked: The menu had a lot of battered & fried food

Disappointing

Liked: Pool was great
Disliked: Breakfast was overpriced. Room was very noisy with neighbours up till early hours of the morning. Staff at reception desk were rude and got charged for phone calls we did not make

Overall I’ll be back

Liked: The location was prime with everything within walking distance. The staff were lovely.
Disliked: We did have an issue with ants in our room and the connecting door between our room and the next (although locked and blocked off) made for a not very soundproof environment.
