Disliked: Need a cold fridge in the room and the bed didn’t stay together

Liked: The rooms were roomy, comfortable and clean. love the kitchenette in the suite, room service was so fast. impressed, food was great. Pool was lovely. location was great.
Disliked: Reception staff were absolutely amazing, especially the guys, they were so friendly, helpful and always had a smile on there face. I can't say the same about the pool swim up bar staff, they were really rude, and you had to ask for a drink everytime, instead of them just being at the bar with a smile on their face servicing the customers. it was like they didn't want to be there. It was not just one either it was all of them. It was the only failure of the whole stay. but yes I will be back.

Liked: Nice rooms, beautiful pool with swim up bar.
Disliked: I was a solo traveller and the staff didn't make much of an effort with me. At the bar, I felt I was treated as a local.
