Bad!

Disliked: The power suddenly went out at 8am and two women who were not in uniforms came to repair it but failed to fix it. As a result, I couldn’t properly pack my luggage in the dark room and forgot the plug converter. I sent a message on the Booking platform to the hotel, hoping they could send the converter back to Paris, but the hotel didn’t reply. No one reminded us in the morning that breakfast would be charged extra, and they directly deducted the deposit. This is very unreasonable!

Liked: - Free car parking- Small playing are for the kids
Disliked: - There was a sock behind the couch in our room! - The staff accused us for stealing coloring pens while we were about to leave the hotel and get in our car. We brought them with us with our own coloring books! Like we are going to pay 650 Euros for the room and think "hmm I am going to steal these 2 euros worth of pencils".- The room was not cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there. They only changed the towels.- The breakfast was just average at most. You need to cook your own egg, they are not premade which means you have to wait for 5-10 mins for it to get ready.
