Disliked: We got upgraded several times due to room issues. Don’t be conned they are all the same trust me!!! The difference is whether they give you robes and how much is in the mini bar other than that zero difference!!!

Indulge Yourself, Cause You Deserve...

Liked: If you want to indulge yourself, you should definitely choose Novotel. The room size, the comfort of the bed, the hotel’s location, and the friendly attitude of the staff were all absolutely perfect. They also offered early check-in with the All membership, so we didn’t have to wait until 3 p.m. Although we only stayed one night, it was a truly delightful experience. From the fresh scent that greets you from the hotel entrance to your room, to the clean and airy rooms with large windows, everything was fantastic. I can still recall the pleasant fragrance of the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom!
Disliked: The shower in the bathroom didn’t have a door, which can sometimes cause water to spill outside, but it wasn’t an issue for us. I just wanted to mention it in case it might be a consideration for you.

Pleasant stay in city center

Liked: Though room was not ready to check in at 3.30pm they offered a late check out for us as a compensation which helped as we’re leaving Brussels only late the next day
