The bed was comfy and the hotel is pet friendly. Think the hotel is a bit tired and needs an update. Heating didn't work well and the room was cold; shower was poor and barely got warm let alone hot; it then leaked all over the floor as the door seal didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work. Reception didn't really offer any alternatives. Unlikely to stay again.

Great location and car parking...

Liked: The location was perfect for all the things we wanted, plus brilliant having a car park. The bed was lovely and comfortable too. We had a great 1 night stay and would possibly go back again, for the location and car park.
Disliked: Not cheap considering no breakfast included and the shower wasn't overly hot.The television kept losing signalReceptionist didn't ask if we had a great stay or anything to report so forgot to mention about the shower.

Make it a bit warmer!

Liked: location close to Bristol Temple Meads station.
Disliked: it was generally cold. Bedroom remained cold throughout, even though temp was put on highest level. Bar area also cold and draughty.
