Liked: We went to Brisbane for medical treatment and got stuck in Cyclone Alfred. The way the hotel and the staff coped with all the things that happened could not be faulted. We were safe dry and well fed the whole time
Disliked: Couldn't improve.

Disliked: At check out, it was confirmed that a charge on the room wasn't mine. It had happened prior to me even checking in. They charged it later t my card anyway. Hotels deciding that they can add additional charges to your cards is just not acceptable. The time tp call people to get $32.45 back is ridiculous and nobody apologises. Novotel is not the only one that has done this to me, but it seems to be acceptable in the hotel industry. If small businesses did this then there would be serious repercussions.

Liked: Good location for what we needed. Only downside is the parking is off site. Pool is fine.

Liked: Nothing, it’s very tiered and the accommodation very basic
Disliked: Everything, the rooms are awful with little or no conveniences such hair dryers glass in the bathroom, the room furniture is basic and the staff are not very helpful they walk around as though they don’t want to be there. You have carry your own luggage to the room etc
