Liked: The breakfast was acceptable however too expensive.
Disliked: The rooms are very small, the temperature was too low, it took one night to increase the temperature to 23 degrees.The staff at reception were more interested in having fun together, while guests were present in the lobby.

Nice location and staff, but...

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Location was great for our needs. Hotel was well presented. Shop at reception was a nice touch.
Disliked: Lots of noise/shouting in 2nd floor corridor on Saturday night, which prevented us falling asleep. Hair conditioner bottle was empty in the bathroom. No towel in the room for our daughter. Website said bar was open until 1am each night, but actually only open until 10:15pm.

Liked: I will first of all commend 2 special people who, in their capacity made their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. They were professional, polite and very friendly: Without going into the details, Yanniek welcomed me on Saturday the 25th and Asja farewelled me on Sunday the 26th. The hotel location was adequate for me, due to the calm environment but a little bit far from the city center which I was not able to visit before my departure on Sunday.There is a large parking space and a private restaurant next to the hotel (Loetje). The breakfast was delicious and varied.
Disliked: I had difficulties catching up a sleep because the other visitors in the room next to mine made a lot of noise the whole night. I understood that the night shift staff tried to calm them down in vain. My recommendation to this hotel management is to make the doors and possibly the walls sound proof. This is an apect that I have enjoyed at the Novotel facilities in the other parts of the world.
