Disliked: The Wet room did not have suitable facilities for a disabled person, the shower was just a shower and there was no seating for disabled people to sit and rest or shower properly. Wet room floor got soaked and was extremely slippery. There was a rail in the shower cubicle but in a pretty useless place. The sink looked nice but was style over substance, the fact it was so shallow made everything around it wet. Food in the restaurant - the menu was a bit too diverse. I chose a steak and half of it was fat so I couldn't eat it and refused to pay for it. The dessert was pleasant enough but the pastry underneath was soggy. My husband's meal was okay but not the standard we've come to expect at Novotel. No milk with coffee/tea facilities, cup leaked, Netflix and other extras didn't work, pillows far too small and uncomfortable (they shouldn't have been changed from the old ones)Breakfast was fine, nothing to complain about but nothing special.
