Liked: The hotel was above our expectations. I didn't expect to be that good.
Disliked: That the lift was a bit far from the rooms.

Liked: Location was good, the bed was ok but definitely not a 4 star standard
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, the room we stayed looked nothing like the pictures, totally outdated room and bathroom, also very noisy with children running around the hall. The cherry on top of the cake was the room service food we ordered that came cold.. this is not a 4 star Hotel!

Will definitely use this hotel...

Liked: The staff were brilliant. The lady at reception who checked us in was amazing, so friendly, helpful and professional. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good breakfast.
Disliked: Maybe keep the bar open a bit later for residents? 10pm is quite early to close.

Disliked: Lighting bad, toilet very badly stained, door locking confusing, no fridge, no coffee, had to go to reception if you wanted a cup of coffee, more ecologically friendly apparently, curtain had stains, lack of pressure in shower, sink in needs of replacement, duvet didn’t fit the duvet cover
