Short but sweet stay on...

Liked: Good location, safe parking (free), friendly staff, good food in the restaurant, quiet rooms.
Disliked: it was all good

Liked: Convenience, cleanliness and friendly efficiency of staff
Disliked: WE COULD NOT EAT IN THE RESTAURANT AS THERE WAS A CONFERENCE!!! NOR COULD WE HAVE ROOM SERVICE! . If we had known this we would have stayed elsewhere. We should have been informed of this beforehand. We have always used this Novotel for the convenience after a long drive from the UK to rest, eat and then sleep in one place.

Liked: Secure car parking, ease of checking, close to tram stop into city, comfortable bed, aircon
Disliked: No shelf in shower to place shampoo or soap, overlooked carpark instead of lake. Very minimal room between side of bed and wall to get out. Bed tax was 7.20 euros for 2 people

Liked: Convenient location and parking. Good access by tram to centre of Bordeaux. Pleasant outdoor terrace. Helpful friendly reception staff.
Disliked: Have stayed several times and if we’ve have had to use the hotel restaurant have always found it disappointing.
