Liked: Very well located, direct access from the parking
Disliked: Second bed was not confortable for a child

Liked: Location. breakfast.
Disliked: Staff not very accommodating. We were turned away from the restaurant because apparently we did not have a reservation. I only wanted something for my toddler who was sick with fever. I was told I could not get food at the restaurant but could get room service but no food for children. We had to try to find a restaurant on a cold rainy night. Rooms are very tired.

Nice stay in a nice...

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was very good, staff were nice.
Disliked: Nothing in paticular

The stay was excellent.

Liked: The breakfast was good and the location was well situated.
Disliked: The room was clean but there was an area where the hot water kettle was that was not wiped. Too much dust was there. Other than that it was good.

Not for me

Liked: It was spacious and quiet. Slept well. The staff was really helpful.
Disliked: Property didn't provide milk for tea making or body lotion. We needed to ask for it. Their cups were chipped or cracked. Being 4 stars, expectations were high as we stayed in a three-star hotel in Paris and they provided everything.
