Great stay; lovely breakfast; will definitely book Novotel next time we’re in Birmingham.

It was ok not what...

Liked: I liked the sauna room and steam and the fitness room . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The size of room was good for the price . The location was good and convenient as we access to the places we needed .
Disliked: We payed for a double bed but we had 2 single mattresses .I didn’t like the toilet was separate from the bathroom it made it very annoying . The view wasn’t good .

Great stay near Birmingham's Brindleyplace...

Liked: Room was large and clean.Loved this area of Birmingham, Brindleyplace canal district is modern, loads to see and do. Felt like a safer area than the city centre.Attended a concert at Utilita Arena, PERFECT for this, 5-10 minute walk.I got upgraded on arrival which was lovely!!
Disliked: Nothing
