Concert Stay

Liked: Friendly staff, welcoming and helpful, told us where attractions were.
Disliked: More towels required and extra toilet paper had to be requested, we were firstly only given 2 half rolls that's hadn't been used by previous residents.

Superb

Liked: Location is close to the city centre
Disliked: The windows despite being on 6th floor attracted a lot of noise from the road. Could do with sound proofing. Also carpets need changing.

Don’t bother - save your...

Liked: We didn’t like anything particularly about the property. The breakfast buffet was ok. If you are looking for a bed after a long night out on Broad Street and have no care about where you sleep, this is the hotel for you.
Disliked: Where to start?! This is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. In hindsight I should have booked a premier inn. It’s dated, the floors and room smelt of sewage. The carpets throughout the floor were stained and were dirty. You can literally tell where people have thrown up after a heavy night out. The general hygiene of the room and hotel was much to be desired. And let’s not get started on the fact that there’s no sink in the stupidly designed separate toilet. This is not a 4 star hotel, a 1 star at best.

Good Friday stay

Liked: Location was perfect for the utilita arena, an upgrade on the booked room, loved the easter decorations, staff were lovely, cheap tram travel to the bullring plus secure, reasonable 24hr rate parking.
Disliked: Hairs on the sofa bed protector, so had to ask for another one, shower head had to be held on position, otherwise it'd swivel and spray the shower wall and sadly, guests in the room next door were very loud, seemingly drunk and felt like everyone needed to be women up at 2.30am when they made their noisy return
