Disliked: Asking for credit card details when we checked in despite the fact we had paid in full. Then couldn't tell me when my details would be removed from their system Family room, the second bed was not comfortable at all, definitely glad we were only there a few hours

Liked: The room was fine can’t fault it tv great size which entertained the kids for the night , bathroom was great toilet was claustrophobic . Very clean had all the continental supply’s needed . Room was very hot even with air con used which didn’t seem to work continuously. The spare double bed kept moving and having to be remade as the base mattresses moved and come apart .

Liked: Location was great for the airport and NEC The hotel room had everything you needed for your stay even a fridge very clean in fact spotlessThe staff was very friendly and helpful very cheerful on reception on arrival
Disliked: Not a great food menu and was a bit pricey went over to the NEC for food and drinks a lot cheaper
