Very good

Liked: Staff was very polite and helpful. Location was very good, near the tram station. Breakfast also was very fresh and tasty. I will choose this hotel again.

Liked: Staying at this hotel is a very unpleasant experience..! I suggest that no one should have such unpleasant experiences in the future. First, when we went to check in around four in the evening, they surprisingly asked us to pay an additional amount of about eleven Swiss francs.Later, when I took the key with my wife and daughter and went to the fifth floor, I saw that the woman who was cleaning the rooms on that floor had a long conversation on the phone, then she did not greet us as usual and we passed her to our assigned room.When we opened the room, we saw that the room was in a very dirty and untidy condition. We realized that the room was not ready yet. Later we informed the cleaning lady on the phone about it and she said that she can't do anything about it.Then we went back to the receptionist and she was not there at that time and someone else was there, after informing her about this she gave us another room.After taking our belongings, we went to the deck again and entered the room, and there was no blanket for my little daughter to sleep on the small sofa in that room.Later, when I informed the receptionist about it on the phone, she said that she should inform the lady on the phone who cleans the rooms about it. After about half an hour, there was no reply, so when I called her again, she said that she would send it again soon.Later, when no one came, the receptionist came personally, gave us the blanket and talked to us very nicely.Later, when we used the toilet, we noticed that the air exhaust fan was not working.Therefore, the bad smell remained in it and we had to bear it.In addition, in the bathroom, he found that the exhaust, which absorbs water vapor from using hot water, was not working, and the mirror was covered with water vapor, which made it very difficult to shave.The water in the WC in the toilet had a yellow tint to it and had not been cleaned properly.

I would say hotel was...

Liked: I would like the cleanliness of the hotel and easily check in and helpful staff during check in and breakfast good
Disliked: I would say food is expensive in hotel and they charge money for room services and reception need to know inform about the services and room was quite for 3 peoples and elevators quite small it’s not wise to spend money with high money could be finds better options around.
