Liked: Very close to the SBahn station

Liked: I was in this hotel twice, in this time also was ok. Clean and big room. Not noisy , and friendly staff.In the bar downstairs you can have a good coffee or beer. Good location and good city.
Disliked: 1. No water in the room2. No slippers and dental kit3. I need a help with my luggage (I have 3 big bags) , but giys on the reception , said that nobody cant help me and smile. 4. Elevator scaned card very low5. No small night-light , because I was with a baby and at night i need to control her. It could be better, but Im not sure

Liked: The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The room was good except for a little weak air conditioning.
Disliked: The only thing is that the room was not ready when we arrived, and we had to wait around an extra hour. Otherwise nothing.

Liked: Great location near cbd and shopping districts, right opposite S-bahn. Comfy room with jug, mugs and fridge was just what we were after. Friendly and helpful staff. Desk for computing and sofa were great
Disliked: Bathroom sink was a bit off beat.

Liked: I had a good stay at this hotel and felt comfortable throughout my visit. The room was spacious more than the average hotel room, what I've experienced in typical 3- or 4-star hotels. The cleanliness is similar to 5 stars, something I don’t find in 3-star hotels, but this 4-star property meets my expectations in every way. It's quiet and with a queen bed. The receptionist staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I was satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The bathroom is very comfortable, featuring a spacious shower area and complimentary natural shampoo and shower gel. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The only issue I encountered in the toilet was that the fan wasn't working.The key sometimes works properly, sometimes not. It took 5 minutes to open door.
