I'd stay here again for...

Liked: Location, plus the size of the rooms.... staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only had one minor issue, staff in the lounge bar area refused to make my mother a cup of tea.... apart from that service was great.

Liked: Great staff, excellent location next to train station. Well soundproofed as we couldn't hear the train from our room. Despite being super busy due to the marathon hotel staff and facilities were excellent.
