Disappointing but good location

Liked: During the checkin the male staff who was I. The counter said that he would make arrangements for our big size trolleys to be delivered to the room and also made a note of our rooms ,which is very rare in Europe unless you’re in a five star hotel, but to my surprise when he was about to put our luggages on the trolley , the female staff started talking to the male staff and after a while he told to me that they will not transfer . Not a good way to show courtesy. Anyway overall some of the female staffs were not very friendly. Elevators were not working with card sometimes. Rooms are average and breakfast good. I would give it 2.5 stars.
