Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again if we come back to Auckland.
Disliked: Only issue we had was the parking. There's not a lot of it.

Great place to stay, so...

Liked: Room was lovely and roomy, very clean and the bed was really really comfortable, I loved all the different ambient lighting and the room had a good feel to it.Breakfast was very good, though a bit expensive at $37 each there was a good selection of food, my only complaint is that the plates to put hot food on were cold and the dining area was chilly. The chef was great and he made my poached eggs to order and the staff were attentive and lovely.We were happy to pay for nightly parking of $20.00 and got a parking place near the entrance to the hotel.
Disliked: I'm being a bit picky here, but the bathroom was a little bit dated with static overhead shower and it could use an update and an extra shelf to put toiletries on. Also only little UHT milk pottles in the fridge, a small bottle would be good. Otherwise the place was great
