Disliked: Cleaning service open the door at 7h on Saturday to make the cleaning. The same on Sunday even if the don’t disturb is put on the door.Broken air conditioning thermostat., temperature set around 17 degree. We have cool air during the night we need to wear some sweaters under the duvet ..Hand washing empty on the bathroom when we arrived

I don’t recommend this hotel.

Liked: It is a pet allowed hotel
Disliked: The carpet of our room was really dirty. During the night we smelled smoke. The sink of the toilet was clogged. The breakfast was simple.

No up to reasonable standards.

Liked: It situation.
Disliked: It wasn’t that clean. The room we had was tired, we had a room with facilities for the disabled but it was very small and no mobility aid could get into the shower room. In the morning there was no hot water and no alternative was suggested or offered which The extractor fan in the bathroom hadn’t been clean for a long time.

Disliked: Pretty much everything else. The location is in some industry zone which you need to be aware of when booking. I’m glad we only stayed one night but the heating was broken (it’s February and was 2 degrees C outside) and the staff told me that they „cannot do anything for us“ and didn’t even try to help us while we were freezing in our room. The hallway was warmer than our room! The next day the elevator was broken which means we had to carry our suitcases up and down through a staircase that hasn’t been cleaned in months. They charge 20 euros per person for breakfast but the buffet is incredibly small, offers very few choices and the bread was extremely dry and already hard, the Camembert had already hard edges so wasn’t exactly fresh. For all this mess I would expect the price to be cheap at least but they overcharge A LOT !! The room costs more than some 4 star hotels rooms in way better locations. Overall, the stay wasn’t pleasant and we felt scammed paying so much for this bad quality and experience. Never again.
