Liked: You can’t beat the convenience or value. It’s alongside the train station. Walk out the front door, walk strait ahead for 10 minutes and you’re at the castle with the Apocalypse Tapestries (a must-see!). The (heart of the) town is about a 10-minute walk as well. Breakfast is excellent. The room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet.

A hotel corresponding to 3...

Disliked: Having been in many 4 star hotels, I have expected a much higher standard for the price that is paid. This hotel is way too expensive for what it is in terms of comfort, facilities, as well as staff (at a minimum the staff needs to be attentive to guest needs, educated in what they do and dressed up/hair made up corresponding to the level of the hotel and the price the guests pay).

Clean, friendly and good location.

Liked: Lovely hotel about 5minute walk to the centre.The hotel was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were all very welcoming, polite and spoke good English. They even made us complimentary coffees as we were checking out. Right next door to a car park.Cannot recommend enough if you stay in Angers.

Liked: This is possibly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Its location is superb and the extremely clean. We had a large oversized car and the staff allowed us to park right outside the hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and welcoming if they had tried. We had a wonderful family room with amazing views out .. and our room was spotless and super clean.
