If under renovation, do not...

Liked: Location, Concierge kindness, Breakfast (full optional), Pet friendly, price (4 adults + dog), Comfortable beds.
Disliked: If the hotel is being renovated (I was aware of it) I do not expect the room (n.150) to be in the renovation area, just in face of the dumping site (lucky it was Sunday). Patchy and actually well worn moquette of the room (n. 150). Very poor maintainance of the room. Nonethelss, overall. it does the job (overnight stay).

Pleasant but could do better...

Liked: Breakfast and dinner services was good. The menu needs to vary a little bit.
Disliked: The airconditioning system was not working properly. I had to open the window throughout my stay - which is not ideal due to the noise.
