Liked: The room was clean and the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty foods.
Disliked: The location is bad, surrounded by homeless people. They advertise parking, but send a message 1 day in advance that their parking is getting renovated. That is not the bad part, not even the 18 euro a day alternative across the street in a homeless-people-filled parking garage, the thing that I found unacceptable was that there is no loading-unloading zone in the vicinity of the hotel and when we asked the staff they shrugged and said we should go find parking and then walk. This was of course awful since we came with 2 kids and a lot of luggage including a portable baby bed. Of course they said we could try to stop in front and unload but on the next day police officers came to us and threatened to give us a fine for doing this. The hotel was advertised as family friendly but the bathroom doors don't close completely and have semi opaque glass which means the noise and light always fills the room so 0 chance to shower and not wake up the kids. The bed mattress was also super cheap and gave me back pain. The corridor at the entrance was super tight, our baggage barely fit through. The toilet is in a separate room to the shower and sink which is not for my taste and find it disgusting having to go out, through the room and then in the other bathroom to wash my hands. The food at the restaurant was literally fast food from the cheap super market, warmed up and put on a plate. The lady at the bar took our order, misunderstood what I ordered and after 45 min of waiting came to tell me it's my fault for not getting my portion because I said "I THINK I want the burger" which she interpreted as me still thinking if yes or no. Just ask twice if not sure, don't blame your customer and make them wait 1 hour for a microwave burger.They may check the 4 Star criteria on paper, but they are far from it
