Nice room, great breakfast

Liked: Very good communication beforehand and a very friendly welcome on arrival. Room was on the ground floor out the back. Room fairly large with lots of storage space and a small sofa. Very clean. A/C, also for heating. The room was warm and cosy on arrival as staff had turned on the heating beforehand - which was really appreciated as it was a chilly evening. In the bathroom the usual tools including a kit with e.g. q-tips. Free parking at the back of the hotel. A delicious and varied breakfast (hot and cold food) was included in the price.
Disliked: No heating in the bathroom, just a red light lamp, so that room was a bit chilly. Breakfast in regards to organisation was, sorry to say, a mess - it was super busy and the room is not that large, so guests were standing around at various places throughout the room, waiting to be seated and at the same time standing in the way of staff and other guests (already seated making their way to the buffet) -> because there was no staff available to handle this and no information on how this was supposed to go. So, everyone was pretty frustrated with the whole situation (guests and staff alike). This could be handled very differently - e.g. put a person at the door for handling the newcomers and overseeing the seating while guests wait outside of the breakfast room to be seated.
