Nestled in the heart of Brisbane and just 7 minutes' drive from Brisbane Airport Novena Palms Motel features an outdoor swimming pool and is in a convenient location just an 8-minute drive from the Brisbane Entertainment Center at Boondall and a 12-minute walk from Northgate train station. It offers a free airport drop-off service from Monday-Saturday. Each air-conditioned room has a microwave refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are decorated in neutral colors and include a flat-screen TV. Free Wifi is available limited to two devices per room. Shuttle service operates Mon-Friday 6:15am 7:15am 8:15am and 9:30am only Saturday 6:15am 7:15am 8:15am only We do not operate the shuttle service on Sun or Public Holidays Car storage(guests only) $10.00 gst per day Our cancellation policies are 48Hrs prior to the booking and cancellation fee applies if less than 48hrs. We do not operate the airport drop-off service at 9:30am on a Saturday.

Grateful to find accommodation, disappointing...

Liked: High price due to cyclone No toilet paper Understandably no staff due to conditionsOverflowing rubbish in bins and not attended to for cyclone$100 increase on rate to stay another night
Disliked: Bedspread old and smellyToilet paper Instructions for safety for pending cyclone eg. Bring table and chairs inside,what to do if damage to facilities occurs etc.

We needed sleep and got...

Liked: Room was what I was looking for.
Disliked: I chose this hotel because the website says free airport shuttle but when I made request I was told it cant be done. Taxis were expensive.
