Liked: Good point: • location is goodBad points: • hotel doesn’t look at all like the picture. At this point felt like I got robbed • the hall and the carpets in the stairs and lobby looks extremely dirty and used • we asked for double bed and got two singles bed next to each other • bathroom is disgusting, we had hair in the towels, we didn’t even dare to shower • you can hear everything in that is happening outside your room • looks old and hunted We didn’t even know if we wanted to spend the night. I was ashamed to make my fiancé sleep in this conditions. If I had booked for more then a night I would have not stay.

Disliked: They double charged me a month ago and still aren’t answering my emails. They charged me when I got the hotel and checked in and said they cancel the payment with booking.com but they never canceled it and I paid 30 pounds more at the hotel than the booking.com charge.

Superb

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect when using the RER from the airport. The room I had was bigger than similarly priced rooms in Paris and had good wifi to allow me to attend a videoconference on Zoom. I liked the big windows and the view toward a relatively quiet street. There was also a complementary bottle of water in the room. The staff was very helpful and nice.
Disliked: There is no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor, but I was aware of that reading other reviews.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: At the last minute I received a call from the hotel that they were unable to give me a room due to "probleme technique". they said they would arrange a room in another hotel. When we arrived at the alturnative hotel they informed us that they had receive a call from Nouvel Hotel but they had not reserved a room. Luckily there was a room available but the whole debacle left me very angry and not happy at all.

Liked: The hotel at 2 minutes from the metro is fantastic as the location is everything. Nation metro station is connected to a lot of metros so you can go everywhere. Staff very helpful. The bathroom was brand new. The price is absolute value for money. Will definintely stay again.
Disliked: The hotel is a very cute boutique hotel, but it is a bit run down. With a bit of love and care, it could become much more elegant and polished. It has a lot of potential, with a bit of refurnishing, change of furniture , it could become easily a super boutique hotel.
