Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, very...

Liked: Loved the hotel décor and our room. Loved that no old carpet, clean and modern. Loved the bar and finally a good wine list. Loved the food in the restaurant. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and my husband loved the gym, used it every day. Staff in both the 2nd floor bar and down stairs were very kind and fun!
Disliked: I didn't like that there was not a coffee pot in our room. Not a fan of espresso! I hated the lack of a door on the Shower although the shower is beautiful not able to get warm. I wish there was a way to obtain smaller portions in the restaurant OR put a micro wave in our room so that the left overs are not wasted.

Liked: This hotel was great. The lobby smelled so good walking in and the rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had really good food and drinks and the staff was very friendly. It was just a short walk to OU. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Location excellent,in-room coffee, comfortable bed, TCM on TV, convenient and well-supplied fitness center
Disliked: No shower door in bathroom, no built-in closet, no folding luggage rack, cheap furnishings and construction, bad lighting, not enough USB ports, switches in strange places, Oklahoma glass map not secured to lamp so fell over glad it didn’t break, paper cups instead of glasses, no freezer in mini-fridge

Liked: So new and clean. Lovely lobby and bar/restaurant. Room was very clean and relaxing. Very relaxing and inviting decor.
Disliked: The price is a little high but the overall stay was nice so it’s worth it. The pillows were a little flat even put together, but just not my style of pillow. Other guests. might be great with them.
