Flying visit! Made very welcome...

Liked: Location, warm welcome from Wahlid, comfy beds, good shower and the room was warm and clean.
Disliked: I had been worried as Id read a lot of the reviews. London is very expensive so the price for accommodation reflects that. The booking.com system of booking at a higher price to secure room but then holding the money from your account anyway defeats the purpose of paying on the day and reflected badly on the premises - very unfair of booking.com as the hotel was great. Dont believe every review you read! I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would recommend it
