Very friendly and helpful staff. One of them even prepared our waffles for us in the morning. The room was great; very comfortable bed. Would recommend this highly.

Liked: Nothing..dirty with roaches crawling on walls, got moved to another room with the ceiling moldy and coming down, before we left.
Disliked: Dirty, smells, disrepair, live roaches..

Disliked: Everything.Do not even think about booking here. We left at midnight. Of course the rooms are filthy, but did you ever imagine returning to your hotel at 10:50 to have two women screaming at each other. One with a huge bash in her head. Blood dripping down her face and covering the floor. Front desk did not do anything, police were not called. However police were at front entrance when we arrived at 6pm. Razor blade left from tenants before, napkins, holes and stains on mattress. When called booking.com was questioned if we were sure this wasn’t a Halloween costume… Asked for refund and was told that there was nothing booking could do and that hotel would have to agree to request. A month later and my case has been completely ignored.

Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: The hotel is run down and dirty. The carpet was wet, the toilet leaked, and the ac/heat didn't work. Lamos were missing light bulbs. I was double charged for my room, and when I called, I was told they couldn't see any additional charges. The only towels they provide are hand towels. And the bugs are just crawling out in the open. There were people lounging in the lobby and on parking lot benches selling drugs. The staff didn't seem bothered by any of this. Another couple was complaining as I was waiting to check in, and the staff didn't care to hear their concerns either. Overall, this was a horrible one night stay.

Disliked: The fridge was broken in the room and they did nothing about it even when they said they would, the included breakfast was pretty much nonexistent, there was nothing to put ice In except tiny plastic cups and the area was horrible felt unsafe
