Disliked: The breakfast that I paid for was not there the coffee that I paid for was not here, and I had a fire door, slamming in my ear all night

Liked: Staff was very welcoming especially that older guy that looks like Santa Claus with the white beard at the breakfast room he was very very nice

Liked: I did not stay there ultimately.
Disliked: I pulled up to the hotel at 10 pm at night. The photo in the ad where I booked the room looked beautiful, however, when I pulled into the lot there were all types of unsavory characters loitering in the parking lot. I was nervous to get out of the car and did not feel comfortable staying there. I did not want to leave my car in the lot as well. I called the front desk and asked for a refund and they said no problem, but then they charged me anyway.

Very dangerous area, building about...

Liked: Close to interstate.
Disliked: Unhinged disaster. Bed frame broken (tipped back and forth), floor carpet burned/stained/dirty, shower wasn't cleaned, sockets on the wall had been smashed so they moved the fridge out of the cabinet, mirror on wall broken so they just threw it in the corner. Homeless people on drugs screaming and running all around the building, derelict vehicles left in the parking lot.
