Disliked: Given a room they plan to make laundry. The whole property is neglected and unsafe. Room was small and dirty. Unpleasant. Not as in photo on your site.

Liked: Bed was comfy,location was good.
Disliked: In serious need for an update,and refurbishment, it was very pricey for what we got. From photos, some rooms may have been renovated but certainly not room 11.

Disliked: The property was nothing like the pictures shown on booking.com. It was run down and was not clean. Expensive for the property.

Liked: The price for the one night stay was reasonable and clean. Only 5 mins from Mornington.
Disliked: The room felt cold, and the bathroom was very narrow. Was noisy close to hwy.
