Liked: Everything. Pool and hot tub amazing. Clean and immaculate rooms. Helpful staff and a breakfast that has everything included.
Disliked: Original directions on booking.com sent me to wrong location. Must have been corrected after I called since later in day correct. Do not look for Norton house,you will end in city.

Liked: Great location near airport. The spa was fabulous, I had a wonderful massage. The restaurant had delicious dinner and great wine selections.
Disliked: Very dated room down a dark and dingy corridor. Chipping paint. Old decor. An upholstered chair and ottoman in the room looked like it had never been cleaned and I didn't want to touch it. So for the price, the room was not as advertised. Also, no outlet or phone chargers near the bed.

Liked: The location was wondering, the staff on site were welcoming, pleasant and professional. Although I did not walk around the property, the views if the gardens, lawns and surrounding property were beautiful and relaxing. I'd stay again in a heart beat.
Disliked: My only disappointment was that was not able to enjoy all of the available amenities of the property.
