Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff. Everything easy.
Disliked: The bed had a dip in the mattress so not the comfiest sleep.

Superb for families and if...

Liked: I was able to stay with our husky and the location was excellent for Symonds Yat, both East and West. Easy for the dog to stay and the location was central with a fantastic coffee shop in the village that opens at 7am.
